7 WEEKS• 10 PEOPLE• STARTING IN MAY

YOU CAN BUILD ALONGSIDE YOUR CURRENT JOB
THE WHY

There's one story your CV tells: the opportunities you took, the decisions that seemed reasonable. And there's another it doesn't tell: the projects you dreamed of and never started.

For a long time, writing that second story meant leaving everything behind. AI changed that.

This incubator exists so that in 7 weeks, with a real project in your hands, you can prove to yourself that this path is within reach.

Why AI alone can’t save us

What we learned after a year of building with AI and why it led us to create this incubator.

A HUMAN-LED PROCESS

Innovation with method, amplified by AI + community

1. OUR METHODOLOGY

Double Diamond, adapted to 7 weeks and to professionals with a day job.

Without a method, every week is a new decision: What do I do today? Am I making progress or going in circles? With us, you know exactly what to do, why it matters, and how it fits into your goal.

2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We're not your coach or your teacher.
We join your team.

We get into the mud with you: we give you tailored tasks that we review week by week, push you when you get stuck, and give you honest feedback. We dedicate 3 one-on-one sessions and your project becomes part of our portfolio forever, giving you visibility and a network when you finish.

3. ACCOUNTABILITY

The power of building alongside 9 people doing the same thing.

Building alone is hard. And not because of the work itself, AI already takes care of that. It's the loneliness, the doubt, and the lack of real feedback that ends up paralyzing us. And it's proven: multiple studies have shown that those who share their work with others produce up to 5 times more results.

The full program, week by week. Take your time reading it and decide for yourself whether you're ready.

Seba

Left a stable career to build on his own terms. Has spent years doing what AI can't replicate: moving people. Built a community of 75,000 from scratch.

Seba will help you build something people actually want to reach.

Dani

Sees the shape of something before it exists. An integral designer at the intersection of the spatial, digital, visual and experiential. Takes what's complex and finds the thing that makes it all click.

Dani will give you a level of clarity that's getting harder and harder to find.

“Working with Majoriti taught me that every idea, no matter how inspiring, needs the right hands to become real. Taking something from thought to action is the hardest part. Most people stay in the thinking. Very few make it to the building.”

  • You can put in as much time as you want, but the tasks are designed so you can make real progress with about 8-10 hours per week. The incubator is built to run alongside your current job, not replace it.

  • Not at all. The whole point of this incubator is that you bring to life that project you've been thinking about: whether it's an app, a restaurant, a community, a YouTube channel, a film, a newsletter, a brand, whatever. What matters is that it's yours and that it matters to you.

  • That's fine. The incubator is also designed for people who feel the pull to build something but don't know what yet. The first weeks are about getting clarity on what actually matters to you, before jumping into execution. If you come in with an idea fully formed, great. If you come in with the itch but not the idea, also great.

  • That's one of the best possible outcomes. The methodology is designed precisely so you discover that as quickly as possible, before investing more time into something that has no traction. If you reach that conclusion in week 3 with real evidence, you just saved yourself months or of your life. That's winning, not losing.

  • No. Zero. We don't take a percentage, we don't sign IP agreements, we have no rights over what you build. What you create is 100% yours.

  • Each person does their own tasks, but we're seriously involved. We have 1-on-1 sessions where we work with you on whatever you need, and we design the tasks tailored to your specific project. This isn't a pre-recorded course where everyone gets the same thing. Think of us as your temporary founding team, not your professors.

  • We have a developer available to help with technical questions, and one of the enrichment sessions is dedicated to taking a project from "vibe code" to something real and functional. But we won't have a developer dedicated to building your app for you. We trust that with the right guidance and with AI, everyone can move much further than they think.

  • Because this is the first time we're taking our methodology to the world. We want to invite visionaries who are willing to be part of something new, without waiting for everything to be perfect. It's our way of showing you that you don't need to have it all figured out to start. Starting with the next cohort, the price goes up, so this is your chance to come in as a founding cohort member.

  • Even better. This incubator isn't designed for twenty-somethings who want to be founders. It's designed for professionals who already know what real work looks like, who have judgment, and who want to apply that experience to something of their own. If you've been in your career for years, you bring something younger people don't: context.

  • You become a permanent part of the Majoriti community: the hub where graduates from every cohort keep building, sharing progress, giving each other feedback, and connecting. The incubator is the starting point, not the end.

  • Yes. If after the first week you feel this isn't for you, we'll refund your money, no questions asked. We want people who are committed, not obligated.
