Majoriti invites you to its first incubator
"Build With Purpose"

Not every business is meant to maximize money.

Some are meant to maximize life.

An incubator to bring to life the projects that truly move us.

7 WEEKS • 10 PEOPLE
YOU CAN BUILD ALONGSIDE YOUR CURRENT JOB
WHY WE DO IT

There's a story your résumé tells: the one about the opportunities you took, the jobs you accepted, the decisions that seemed reasonable at the time.

But there's another story your résumé doesn't tell: the one about what you wanted to do and put off, the projects you dreamed of but never started, the story you long for but that always seems just out of reach.

For a long time, writing that second story has been a luxury very few could afford. It demanded dropping everything, or waiting for "someday" that never came.

Today that changed. AI is rewriting the rules of professional work, and for the first time, everyone has a real chance to start building that second story without having to risk it all.

That's why this incubator exists: so that in 7 weeks, with a real project in your hands, you can prove to yourself that the path you long for is within reach.

HOW WE DO IT

Innovation with method, amplified by AI + community

1. Methodology

Double Diamond, adapted to 7 weeks and to professionals with a day job.

Without method, every week is a new decision: what do I do today? Am I moving forward or going in circles? Is this right or am I wasting my time? With us, you'll know exactly what to do each week, why it matters, and how it fits into your main goal.

We work with the Double Diamond, an innovation methodology used by teams at Microsoft, Apple and UNICEF to solve complex problems, but adapted by us so that a professional with a day job can apply it in 7 weeks.

2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We're not your coach or your teacher.
We join your team.

A coach asks you questions. A teacher lectures you. We get in the mud with you: we review your work week by week, we push you when you get stuck, and we give you honest feedback when you need it.

On top of tasks built around your project, we dedicate 3 one-on-one deep work sessions to you. Your project becomes our project during those 7 weeks, and it becomes a permanent part of our portfolio, giving you visibility and network once the incubator wraps.

3. ACCOUNTABILITY

The power of building alongside 9 people doing the same thing.

Building alone is hard. Not because of the work itself, AI already takes care of most of that. It's the loneliness, the doubt, and the lack of real feedback that end up paralyzing us.

A five-year study of creative communities found that people who shared their work in public produced almost twice as much as those who kept it private. Building alongside others who are going through the same thing you are, that's our secret sauce.

The full program, week by week. Take your time reading it and decide for yourself whether you're ready.

Seba left a stable career to build on his own terms and learned firsthand what that actually takes.

He spent years doing the hardest thing AI can't replicate: moving people. He built a community of 75K from scratch during one of the most uncertain moments in recent history.

He knows how to build something people actually show up for.

Dani sees what others miss. As an integral designer working at the intersection of disciplines (spatial, digital, visual, experiential) she sees the shape of something before it exists.

She takes what's complex and tangled and finds the thing that makes it click.

In a world flooded with AI-generated output, clarity like that is hard to come by.

“Working with Majoriti taught me that every idea, no matter how inspiring, needs the right hands to become real. Taking something from thought to action is the hardest part. Most people stay in the thinking. Very few make it to the building.”

  • You can put in as much time as you want, but the tasks are designed so you can make real progress with about 8-10 hours per week. The incubator is built to run alongside your current job, not replace it.

  • Not at all. The whole point of this incubator is that you bring to life that project you've been thinking about: whether it's an app, a restaurant, a community, a YouTube channel, a film, a newsletter, a brand, whatever. What matters is that it's yours and that it matters to you.

  • That's fine. The incubator is also designed for people who feel the pull to build something but don't know what yet. The first weeks are about getting clarity on what actually matters to you, before jumping into execution. If you come in with an idea fully formed, great. If you come in with the itch but not the idea, also great.

  • That's one of the best possible outcomes. The methodology is designed precisely so you discover that as quickly as possible, before investing more time into something that has no traction. If you reach that conclusion in week 3 with real evidence, you just saved yourself months or of your life. That's winning, not losing.

  • No. Zero. We don't take a percentage, we don't sign IP agreements, we have no rights over what you build. What you create is 100% yours.

  • Each person does their own tasks, but we're seriously involved. We have 1-on-1 sessions where we work with you on whatever you need, and we design the tasks tailored to your specific project. This isn't a pre-recorded course where everyone gets the same thing. Think of us as your temporary founding team, not your professors.

  • We have a developer available to help with technical questions, and one of the enrichment sessions is dedicated to taking a project from "vibe code" to something real and functional. But we won't have a developer dedicated to building your app for you. We trust that with the right guidance and with AI, everyone can move much further than they think.

  • Because this is the first time we're taking our methodology to the world. We want to invite visionaries who are willing to be part of something new, without waiting for everything to be perfect. It's our way of showing you that you don't need to have it all figured out to start. Starting with the next cohort, the price goes up, so this is your chance to come in as a founding cohort member.

  • Even better. This incubator isn't designed for twenty-somethings who want to be founders. It's designed for professionals who already know what real work looks like, who have judgment, and who want to apply that experience to something of their own. If you've been in your career for years, you bring something younger people don't: context.

  • You become a permanent part of the Majoriti community: the hub where graduates from every cohort keep building, sharing progress, giving each other feedback, and connecting. The incubator is the starting point, not the end.

  • Yes. If after the first week you feel this isn't for you, we'll refund your money, no questions asked. We want people who are committed, not obligated.

FINAL WORDS

Why AI alone can’t save us

What we learned after a year of building with AInd why it led us to create this incubator.
